In China most factories don’t use brass for viking jewelry production because such material is soft,similar to sterling silver but with much lower cost,generally for women fashion jewelry,like with cz’s.

There are some dealers from USA and Europe who sell sterling silver viking jewelry,we use S925 rarely because the cost is too high and the plating color would fade after being used for months.

Zinc alloy is the cheapest and with lower quality and actually it can’t help you to save much money on cost because stainless steel is with much better quality and the cost doesn’t increase much,for example,a zinc alloy necklace wholesale price is about USD 1.8 – 2.0 and if we make it from stainless steel,the cost is around USD 2.5 to USD 3.5.

Stainless steel jewelry can be used for 1 – 2 years at least and with affordable price.It can be sold to Europe and USA because such material can pass REACH test and it’s more and more popular in the market.
